** Regarding Attendance at Home Inspections**
At Front Range Home Inspections, our priority is to ensure a thorough and professional inspection process while maintaining safety and respect for the property being inspected. To ensure the best possible outcome, we kindly request that attendance at the inspection be limited to the necessary parties—typically the buyer and their agent. We strongly discourage bringing additional guests, including unattended children, to an occupied residence during the inspection.
Having too many people present, especially children, can pose safety concerns, create distractions, and potentially interfere with the inspection process. Home inspections often involve hazardous areas, such as attics, crawl spaces, and mechanical systems, which are not suitable for young children. Additionally, in occupied homes, we must be mindful of the homeowner’s privacy and belongings.
By adhering to these guidelines, we can focus on delivering a detailed, high-quality inspection while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
